Report No.12

Here is an update on a few things happening on the Angels Branch.
Passenger and mixed trains run one or two times a week.
If the program chooses two freight cars both ways, I will use combine 5 and coach 6.
If its three cars, I will only use No.5 due to Omega Sidings length.

No.10 with train 21 west passes JT Industrial Spur with two tanks, a flat and combine 5.
The Naked Ladies are very healthy now. Taken 1-13-19. A couple of weeks ago , I had to pull up this section to relocate a few that where dead center underneath the tracks. Same with a few under the east end of the Gravel Spur switch and near Peppermint creek .

Here is the first car from the Marble Spur with Columbia marble in the Jamestown yard 1-19-19.
This is real marble from an abandoned marble quarry in the Columbia area.

Jamestown yard is mostly ballasted. I am not gluing it down. I keep it covered to keep the rain of leaves and twigs off it.
I am working on the freight depot now. The platform is 7.5 feet long.
I will have a post on its construction when done.
Also working on the turntable plywood platform.
